Requirements:
- Final year student or recent graduate/post-graduate
- Eager to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Skill(s) required:
- English Proficiency (Spoken & written)
- Confident, soft-spoken & good listening skills
Responsibility:
- Calling assigned clients and informing and appraising the client on required information
- Forwarding the feedback to Product in case clients have some queries or doubts
- Follow up on calls not answered update the comments and send the emails to clients if required
- Maintaining the comments in proper MIS and sharing by eod to concerned stakeholders
